Old School Catfish Fishing Secrets

Review: I ordered from this company a catfish program. I signed up to pay 8 monthly payments of $24.75, and $3.95 for shipping. I received the first 'group' upon my first initial payment, but never received the second, although I was charged for it and received email notification that it had shipped on September 26th. Today, I was charged for the third payment and received another notification that group 3 has shipped, but I have yet to receive number 2. I have called this company and let multiple messages. I have called the 'urgent number' given on the voicemail message only to find it has been disconnected. I have emailed several times as well about this issue. Not once have I been contacted regarding this problem. This is a lot of money to be charging with horrible service, and not receiving items paid for. I am very disappointed.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the items I've paid for along with a possible discount for inconvenience, as this program was purchased as a birthday gift for my husband, who is not receiving it.
