DO NOT USE PADDOCK POOLS!!!! WARNING, WARNING, WARNING - We contracted Paddock Pools to remodel our pool on 1/17/15. Since then, they have come to our house ONE time and did a horrible chip out job. They poked holes in pipes that were to be saved, our stairs look like bombs were thrown at them. They will not commit to a schedule. We will be registering a complaint with [redacted], Revdex.com and [redacted]. Poor communication and customer service skills. Poor labor skills. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I wish I we had never signed a contract with them!!
