customer came in with problems of a bad crank set on a child's bmx bike that was NOT bought herethe child was trying to talk ***
into a new crank set (200-250.00) I told *** that we could overhaul the crank set instead, while saving her 100-dollarsshe agreedshe picked up the bike and was happybut with the fixing of one problem rose anotherthe back wheelshe complained that the back wheel that was making knocking noises should have been fixed with the crank setit is like getting your tires changed and complaining the ride it still bumpyyou have to fix one problem for another to arise.and since we could not ride the bike up and down hills in a real world situation with the crank set bad we could of never known the rear wheel was badi tried to explain vehemently to her we can fix this and she would not hear any of iti would of fixed it for free ( and still will )as my customer satisfaction is our top priorityi have never had a problem with her in the past and we have always done what we can to fix the bikes she brings ushere are the notes on her account about this repair:
nothing wrong with this repairthe back wheel is badto fix itwhen bike came in couldnt even turn the crank
wheels pops but is not any danger to the kidcustomer does not want to fixblames ussorry
for a new rear wheel to fix with year warranty
