Hi ***,I do remember this complaint, *** wanted to talk to somebody in the corporate officeSonia, our GM gave me her email addressI emailed her asking for her phone number because I feel its more appropriateI emailed *** on May 25th and I got a response on April 1,
I called *** and I listened to what she had to say and I apologize for what she went threwI told her that we were going to have an employee meeting within those days and that we were going to talk about this issue so it would not happen again*** said she did not want all the employees to get in trouble.I told her not to worry that our employee just needed a reminder that we value all our customersI offered her dinners and she said she would take them*** appreciated me listening to her Hopefully we will see *** soon for dinner*** *** Old Town Mexican Cafe
