guest checks for the day in question, we found a total of three mistakes, out of over guest checksTwo were in the quest favor actually missing tips that should have been chargedThe third was the alleged over charge for miss ***I was not able to locate the signed copies so there was never any doubt we would refund the tip that was disputedThe problem occurred when Miss *** insisted A refund on her entire check including the in drinks she admits to ordering and consumingMiss *** has posted on multiple social media sites including yelp, (her review was removed for not complying with terms and conditions) calling us thieves and liars, just as she threatened she would do if we did not comply with her demandsInternet sites like yelp have allowed a platform for young computer minded people like Miss *** to make a profit out of the threat of bad publicity

I am completely baffled by the response from the companyI originally never ever asked for an entire refund of the whole amount of my check, I only disputed the $that was taken from me and not authorized by me...As everyone can see in this complaintI only wanted what was stolen from meStealing is the act of taking something that isn't yours without permission, so yes it was stolen from meI never once asked anyone for a full refund of my entire check amountAfter I spoke to the owner on the phone, he was the one who advised me to dispute the entire transaction because their original copy of my receipt suddenly "went missing" after I talked to the managerThis over charge of $was NOT alleged, it is a fact and the bartender admitted to it as well as the manager and ownerThe $was unauthorized and removed from my account, so it is definitely not allegedI was advised to post a Yelp review by law enforcement so I did, and I did not say anything on it that was untrue or derogatoryThat is the only website that I have posted any reviews onI also have never threatened anyone from the companyI have contacted my bank regarding everything and let them know the owner advised me himself to dispute the entire amount and I have not heard back from them yet, meaning as of now nothing has been resolvedThis is such an unprofessional businessI wouldn't go through all the trouble of what happened to me if it wasn't all trueHopefully this prevents it from happening to anyone else
