I am from Wisconsin and visited Nashville this past week with my year old daughterOn Tuesday, March 27, I purchased two tickets from Old Town Trolley Tours for the next dayThe man who sold me the tickets said, without me even asking, that I should park at stop on Rosa Parks, which is the *** Market parking lot, because it is freeI followed his instructions the next day, and parked there at about 10:00amI saw the signs that said that it was for *** Market, but figured that since he told me to park there, they must have some agreementIt even states on their website that there is Free Parking at Stop 7: *** Market Parking LotI have a screen shot of this if they have since taken it offWhen we came back on the trolley at 4:24pm, my Jeep was goneI panicked and called the police, thinking that it was stolenThen I asked someone who worked at the greenhouse if they saw anythingThere were people there, two guys and a girl, they all laughed and the one gu
We made the mistake of visiting Nashville on Marathon weekendWe purchased the tickets for $34ish each, told the sales rep that we be doing the tour on saturday and asked where to park bestWe were told to jump on at the ParthenonSo we did on saturday ( marathon day )...we waited and no trolley showed up I called them and after transferred times was told that due to the Marathon there wont be a trolley till 12:30....We decided to use tickets on sunday and drove into town and tried to get on the trolley on the stop between 3rd and 4th streettrolley drove by but never stoppedwe walked to one of the trolley sales stop and the sales rep got rude with us saying stop #is closed due to constructionMy wifestill trying to save the day asked politely WHERE THE NEXT STOP for us is to get onthe sales rep kept repeating herself till I finally said I want to return the ticketsshe then told us we have to bring it back where we got them fromGREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ....NOT
We walked to the place to return the tickets and were told a Manager has to give Authorization to return the money, the lady talking to us was very nice and helpfulthe "Manager" gave his authorization , never even apologized to use and went back in his carUnorganized, uninformed, bad customer service, will never use this company again
