Old Towne Motors

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from Old Town Motors on 11/4/2013. I was informed at the time of my purchase that I had a 30 day or 3000 mile warranty on my vehicle from the date of purchase. I discovered a couple of repairs that needed attention within my grace period of the warranty. As soon as I discovered the items that needed repair, I informed [redacted] of my concerns. I placed several calls to [redacted] and he would ignore my phone calls, and even when I arrived back at the dealership he would brush me off. [redacted] eventually took a test drive with me, but the entire time he was on the phone and was not paying any attention to what I was trying to point out to him. He later instructed me to take the vehicle to [redacted] at [redacted]. While I was present at [redacted] I called [redacted] and he stated that he would call me back. I never recieved a call back from him, even after attempting to contact him back more than an hour later. [redacted] jas also instructed [redacted] not to repair my vehicle without any explaination. [redacted] has yet to return my calls and/or follow through with the process of the warranty with in my 30 grace period. There is also a defective [redacted] that needs attention. [redacted] has been very rude and mis-informative and I feel that this a very poor business practice.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Old Towne Motors would honor the 30 warranty and repair the items on my vehicle promptly.

I spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that the warranty the consumer purchased was 30 days or 1,000 miles for the motor or transmission. The repair the consumer is asking for is not covered in the warranty.
