Old Towne Pizzeria

This occurred at the Plant City FL location:
I ordered from Olde Town today for everyone at work and told them I wanted two of the blue buffalo lunch specials (pizza) and she said ok. Added a salad to the order 20 min later, and picked everything up. Normally they're really good about getting the orders right so I didn't check them (second mistake). Get back to work and the specials are blue buffalo salads... I didn't even know they had that. So I call back and explain to them that there was a miscommunication and I meant to order pizzas. Well I get put on hold for several minutes and talked to an older woman who was very rude. She questioned my story and said that I should have been more specific when I ordered. I tried explaining that I wasn't aware there was a salad and if there was why didn't the girl who took my order clarify? The woman then replied she says she asked you and you said you wanted salads; didn't you get a strawberry salad too? And I said yes but I called back twenty minutes later and added it to the order. (Why would I call and complain about something I wanted?) She said again well next time you want a pizza clarify that and hung up.
I am just baffled at not only how rude she was but also that the girl answering the phones would lie and say I had ordered salads instead of just agreeing that there was an error on both our parts (there is always the chance that one of us misheard one another). I understand that maybe their policy would not let them replace the salads with pizzas but at least be apologetic and polite and attempt to make the situation better.... And on top of that, in my opinion and my boss's, the salads were horrible.
I am beyond irritated with this restaurant, and I WILL NOT be going back for a LONG time if I go back at all.
