This customer waited months to get ahold of us after the shipment was sent in we do not keep records that far back and either does UPS hss so we were not able to help him he should have contacted us within days of his purchase so that we would be able to help himWhen we explained this
to the customer he got very rude and obnoxious with me and hence not wanting to help him any further I'm sorry that he doesn't have his hat for his money but this hat was shipped and delivered to him in December of and

I have researched this business and found that there are at least other complaints online about the exact same issue....that customers paid for merchandise that was not received In fact, two of the complaints occurred during the same period of September-November If I in fact didn't contact this business "within days of not receiving the item" it is because I have a busy life and career and had completely forgotten about the order at the timeThe business cannot claim that I "received the item" because they do not have, and perhaps never had, proof of receipt If they can provide me with proof of receipt then I can work with the delivery service to find out what actually happened with the order The business cannot and will not do this, and that is why I insist on a refund

Unfortunately the customer waited to long to make a claim we can not help him do to the amount of the amount of time that elapsed on this order UPS does not keep records that far back his card company would not allow a claim going that far back because he waited to long to follow through which is his responsibility not ours we shipped the hat right after it was ordered sorry we can't be of any more help to the customer not to mention he got very abusive to me when we spoke on the phone I won't deal with him because of that       RC
