He came into the office and called us numerous times regarding his lease agreement. He was instructed that his guest would have to complete an application to be approved to reside in the apartment. This first time the guest moved out. The second time the guest did eventually come in with the completed application and the necessary $application fee which was accepted by our receptionist. However, a business decision had already been made to give the tenant a notice to vacate the home. The tenant was informed of this decision verbally and the $was refunded to him. Debco Management, Incmailed a letter to the tenant on January 19, explaining he would have to vacate the property by February 28, 2017.This is not an eviction. One a month to month tenancy, either party may give the other party a 30-day notice to vacate in writing
