Review: In august of 2011, I contracted this company to redo the first floor of My house to accommodate My wife, who was diagnosed with ALS. (Lou Gerhigs disease). It took well over a year to complete. There were some issues that were not entirely his fault) When the township inspectors came to inspect, almost all of the work He did failed. He has correct most of the problems, but there are still several issues that have not been corrected. I was contacted by the township that if they were not corrected, I would be fined. I have been trying to contact this contractor of these issues, but He refuses to acknowledge My attempts. I was initially given an estimate of $69,000.00, but eventually wound up paying $76,000.00.Desired Settlement: Correct the building code failures, and complete several outstanding issues.
