The Olde Thompson product I purchased stated that it had "lifetime Guarantee." I was pleasantly surprised upon contacting the company that they offered to replace my salt grinder (AND the peppermill it came with) free of charge or shipping! In their return package to me they even included an extra bottle of peppercorns! The process was VERY easy and the people were VERY nice Good companies who honor their word and are pleasant to-boot should be rewardedand this is one of them I was extremely impressed with the whole exchange

Recently our pepper mill/grinder quit working properlyI contacted the company that made it, Olde Thompson, to see if there was some way to repair itThey no longer carried that particular model so they offered to replace it with a brand new setYes, I said set, so we now have a salt grinder and a pepper grinder.......AND they sent us one of their new seasoning grinders, a steak and burger seasoning mixJust wanted to let everyone know customer service still means something to some companies
