Hey there I wanted to let you know that I have been refunded in full for the horse and buggy tourThank you for your help

Revdex.com spoke to the owner of the business who gave the following response: The owner stated that on the ticket information the customer provided, he filled out the special pick up information incorrectlyShe stated that one of her employees advised how to fill out the forms, but the
special pick up was requested in the "how did you hear about us" section, rather than the pick up sectionShe said that for this reason, that special pick up request was not seen at the time of the serviceShe said that on the evening of the service, the customer called, and they had been waiting where their pickup wasWhen he explained he was waiting for the special pick up at another location, she offered at that time to cancel the ride and provide a full refundThe customer stated that he still wanted the ride, but wanted the price reducedShe stated that they did not normally offer refunds and that she wouldn't offer a price reduction because they had been waiting to provide the ride at the specific time, and would still give a minute rideThe customer was very rude but still took the rideShe told the customer she would look into the discrepancy that occurred but did not make any promises as to a price reductionWhen the owner looked into it, it was discovered the complainant had filled out the form incorrectlyThe owner shared that information with the customer and stated the customer responded to that information in a very rude manner and posted negatively about the business on various review sites and social mediaShe stated that the mistake was not made by the company, and that a full refund was offered if the customer had preferred to cancel the ride, but they were not willing to reduce the priceThe owner also stated that based on the interaction she had with the customer and the disparaging comments on her business, damage has already been done to her business and she is not willing to make an exception to the company's no refund policy

Is there nothing I can do to get a refund then?? I haven't heard from them

This comments section is right below the pick up location on the zerve website. You can actually go see this without buying a private ride so you can see for yourself. The next email I got said I would be refunded 25.00 the next day and threaten to sue me for slander because I said they were dishonest. (They told me they would call me and they did not) I found that to be dishonest. Now that the Revdex.com complain has been filed the response is my pick up location was in the how did you hear about us section and no refund. There are several discrepancies between the response and the emails I got. One says "almost 45mins" the response says a 50 minute ride. I have a time stamped picture of us getting on then off the carriage ride. If you would like me to send you all the emails detailed above I have them saved.

Review: On Sunday, August 14, 2016 we had purchased tickets online for a horse trolley ride for the total pricve of $84.00. Upon arriving to the location where we had to meet for the trolley we waited for about 20 minutes during which we called their business number trying to get ahold of them without success since it kept ringing and no one answered. We then enterd the visitors center from which they offer their services also and we where informed that this company had informed the center at opening that morning, that they where not going to be doing tours that day due to heat. Meanwhile they continued taking reservations online without warning or telling anyone that all tours had been canceled. They kept charging ultimately stealing our funds without saying a thing since they never called us after taking our money to let us know they weren't going to do any tours. To date they have not returned our calls and continue using their excuse of "no refunds" for a service they offered, charged and took funds for and then blatantly disregarded any obligation after accepting and taking the funds.Desired Settlement: A complete REFUND and for this "legitimate business" to put something in place on their online reservation system so that they do not accept reservations and money if they are not going to be working.

Review: Booked a private carriage ride on 3/21/16 for 3/29/16 at 8pm. Went to purchase ride online but had no spot for custom pick up location. I called the company and asked if they do custom locations. They said yes and told me to put it ([redacted]) in the comments section and choose Fred visitor location since it was the closest. I placed the order online as instructed. (Note there is no choice for custom pick up spot so this is the only way to enter it using the website). 3/29/16 at 8pm arrives and no carriage to be seen. I call and they tell me they are at the visitor center. I tell them they had instructions to pick up at olde town steak & seafood and that this is how their employee told me to enter it. The driver informs me that person just quit yesterday. So I tell them to come to olde towne steak and seafood and pick me up but it's going to have to be prorated since they are going to be 15mins late. The driver said "lets just cancel it then". Since I was getting this for my fiancée birthday I asked was I supposed to just cancel her birthday? The driver and I agreed on a half hour ride and I would be refunded 50.00 since it was 100.00 for a full hour. The carriage showed up at 815 and the ride ended at 845 as promised. The driver told me they would call me the next day (3/30/16) to straighten out the return of half a ride. I still tipped the driver 40.00 for the half ride since I believed it was not her fault. However I received no call, just an email stating what I already told them that the location was in the comments box that's what the location was wrong. I haven't received any repayment. I have gotten no replies from my emails and no one will answer the phone when I call.Desired Settlement: Return half the ride price since we only had a 30 minute ride. ($50.00)

Review: I had bought a ticket for 7pm carriage ride in which I was going to propose to my girlfriend. After I purchased the ticket I requested to have the time changed to 6pm instead because I had purchased a professional photographer to take pictures of us and I was worried about the lighting and being too dark. They had confirmed with me through email as well as over the phone that they could change my time to 6pm and I would be more than happy to provide that evidence. Well they ended up forgetting or being late or something but as a result of whatever happened, they were 45 minutes late, which ruined the plans I had for my proposal day, also I had to pay the photographer extra money to stay since I told him 6pm since they told me 6pm would be fine, thankfully he didn't have anything else booked or I wouldn't have had a photographer to capture the moment. So they didn't hold up to an agreement they mad which cost me extra money because of their mistake.Desired Settlement: I had originally requested a simple 50$ refund since I did use their services still even though they were late and cost me an extra 100$ to pay my photographer to wait longer. I paid 100$ for the carriage ride tickets so I thought 50$ was reasonable. But since they do not wish to cooperate with me I am seeking a full 100$ refund please.
