There are still matters that need resolved first is the paint job second is the rear bumpers clear coat is gone third the side trim on the window is still coming off the front bumper is still damaged from where someone hit while at the shop the head liner is not on properly visor clip is broken the rear floor trim is messed up.

Review: this shop I used was recommended by a friend I sent a report on all the problems I was having with the company the colors still don't match on the car the sunroof was left opened when it rained now my car always has a funky smell in it the front bumper was hit while there at the shop when I finally got my car back after over a month power locks or power windows were not working because the company did not hook everything back up in the door panel so at this point I just want to get it fix the right way with no complications. #1 first time I went to pick up car the bumper was a completely a different color rim is still messed up was not repaired correctly or replaced front bumper was hit and bent. #2 The sunroof was left open why it rained the paint was yellow not pearl white #3 the power locks and windows were not working the door still makes a noise as if something were loose the sun visor is not properly put back together. #4 the back paneling was just left exposed The visor was taken off it looks like as well as the top panel it seems like they removed top to check for liquid damage but you can tell it was removed because its not properly back in place I was told my car would only take a week or 2 now it took a total of almost 3 months and its still not right.now the paint on the back bumper that they repainted is coming off they removed all wires which I had professionally installed bye another company so there exposed on my back floor now and the car has a horrible smell in it. At this point I just want to get my car repaired the correct way from a real company and to have a better experience which I had none of these problems prior to taking to this shop Thanks any help would greatly appreciated I have never had a horrible customer service experience like this in my life.I took it to another shop and they said it would be around $2700-$3800 to fix and repair everything that that shop messed up.Desired Settlement: As a result of this matter I would like a full refund of the repairs and take it to a recommended shop that has warranty and wont have any issues
