I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[ I do not agree, I feel that the company did not allow enough time for the initial payment. the final statemen billing for this particular date of service was just received from anthem just 3 weeks ago, I understand the company needs payment. However, I paid the $3X.xx that was demanded for their services. My insurance company paid for their providers service's. I don't feel that a collection company had to intervene at all in this circumstance. So this $20 collections fee would be a bogus charge. ]
