Old Point Body Shop, Paint, and Collision Center

I contracted Old Point Body Shop to paint my car, got contract stating what quality of paint job, life time warranty on the paint job I would be getting. For my money. I was required to pay 50% down before he would start. About 2 weeks later I was told my car was ready, I examined the car , had several area were paint was so thin I could see the primer, little or no paint around wheel wheels, under edge of the car, some areas around the car were not ever buffed as noted the contract. The painter was fired because of the poor quality pain job. A second painter was assigned to paint the car. Paid them another 50% to correct all the issues. When I was told again the car was ready again, went to pick it up, noticed a crack in the paint under passengers door, car was poorly buffed, painter said he would tell owner. That night I got a call from the owner ***, told me to come get my car he was not doing anything else, come get it, he was through. He did not want my business or my friends business. The next day I went to get my car to find the owner push my car outside shop, locked up the shop, and was I his car leaving, I stopped him, an argument erupted. I explained it was not my fault the painter did a poor job painting my cat The owner *** admitted he overreacted. At this point I took my car home. when I examined my car to find the car was not buffer as stated in the contract, scratches all over the hood,pain on the under edges of car was very thin. Not the quality of paint job promised. At this point I am not comfortable letting them touch my car again. For what I paid I feel I got ripped off.
