The owner of our rental transferred to this company halfway through our leaseWhen we moved out, we left the place in better shape than we found itThey informed us we would get our security deposit back
It has been a month and we are still getting the run around as to why they haven't sent the money yet
The staff is rude and unwilling to help

Stay away from this management company the employees are rude and they don't take care of the property

I submitted a lease cancellation in May 2016 saying I would be moving the end of June 2016. I did move, dropping off the keys in the Daphne office June 28. I sent an email on July 5 to Mike Jr. Asking about my deposit. On July 11, I called Mike Jr leaving a message to please call me back. This call wasplaced at approx. 10 AM. At 3:45PM I sent an email to corporate asking that they contact me about this deposit. All I want to know is about when I should expect my refund check. Today is July 12 and I have had no response from anyone. I'm aggravated. All I want is for someone to call me back. When I lived in one of their houses I knew if I had a plumbing problem to call a plumber myself. It was nothing to have a month+ wait before the plumber would call yo set up an appointment. One of the walls around the tub fell into the tub and it was at least 2 weeks before anyone showed up to fix it and then the repair job was never completed. Should I go any further? I just want yo know about my refund check

I rented a house in West Mobile. The house was very good. First, I would like to express my thanks to Mike when we had this great lease in the first place. Every thing was clear and smooth. No wonder we signed the contract two days after my family and I saw the house. Also, I would like to thank the Ole Bay Management office staff for their good communication and kind advice whenever I have inquires and ask for repair orders. Throughout the lease term, the maintenance orders were always dealt with as first priority. The orders always took less than two days to have the work done. I sincerely appreciate the good and prompt jobs that both James and Tommy have been doing.
