asked for my deposit back when I moved. The landlord said it would be mailed out and never received it. The Deer Run apartment on Hwy 90 Pace, FL got bought by Mail St. Properties on Creighton Rd. so I called over to them after contacting old landlord over ten times. Mrs. at Mainstreet Properties informed me that I could get in contact with Mrs. because she had talked to her. As soon as I tried she hung up the phone in my face and never responded to my email.She told me in several messages before I would get my deposit back.
return of $500.00 deposit
I do not recognize the name ***, nor have I received a request for return of deposit. What is the property address? Does she have a rental agreement? I own but two rentals, and they both are occupied by long term renters. Our current address is *** Water Lily Lane, Mesquite NV XXXXX.
I believe she is mistaken as to who her landlord was.
