I registered for cavitation course online for 199.00. I have completed all the requirements and I am not able to get anyone to grade my work and get my certification. I have tried contacting them via email, Facebook, and Messenger and you get a message saying : Hi, thanks for contacting us we have received your message and appreciate you reaching out. Nothing else gets done after that. There have been several customers online who had the same problem.
I ordered ordered so hyaluronic acid from this company only never to receive it. They don't respond to my email inquiries or website contact information inquiries.... Nothing, nada.
Avoid this company like a ten-foot pole! Their training courses may be cheap, but you will never receive any products. you also won't get any help trying to communicate with them as they do not have any customer support in place whatsoever. Tell me, no matter how cheap, what good are they?
I purchased the Ultrasound Cavitation course. I read all of the required coursework. After finishing with the reading portion of it, we were to complete an assignment. Of course I had questions about the assignment, so I decided to email the company to see if I can get any help. It was going on about a week and still no response back. So I decided to try and dispute the charge for the course with my bank because they were just taking too long to respond back for a simple question. During the investigation/dispute process, I finally get a response back from them but it was just a one word response. I found it kind of odd that they responded back to me after all once my bank got involved. So I figured, "Hey ok they finally responded back to my question, let me just cancel the dispute." I cancelled the dispute with my bank. Then I had another question about the assignment and its been eight days now again that they have not responded. So what did I do? I again tried to file another dispute with my bank only to be told that they cannot dispute the charge due to me actually receiving the course. It would've been different had I not received the course. I say all this to say that this company is a complete ripoff! Don't spend your money with this company. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST! I usually do my research but I saw the cheap price and I couldn't pass it up.
I paid for a hyaluron pen class and traveled 400 miles to an empty building in Miami. The class was still listed on Facebook and their webpage. I came to an empty building lost 2 days work and paid for a hotel with my model. Tried to contact no answer. I was at the day,time and address they stated. Next day I was sent an email that said they refunded my money three days ago. Not true. Read Yelp and Revdex.com complaints against Oleander.
Horrible service!! Will not give me refund or communication on an order I placed 3 months ago. They even made a USPS label but USPS said that they never gave them the shipment. I waited 3 weeks to even get a response on whether they were going to send the product. One word answer here and there after contacting them through email, and FB messenger. You can even see that they read my messages but never replied. I sent multiple emails and messages for them to send me the refund of the product I paid for that they never sent. Nothing!! They will not even reply. Not a good place to do business! They are a scam!
I ordered an online class and a kit as well as one other item 33 days ago. Not only has the kits and other item not shipped but they will not answer their phone or return any of my emails. I have sent several emails to all of their different emails that are available as well as call their number to push several different extensions at several different times. They collected my money but did not deliver. I cannot even do the class without the kit. Worst customer service possible.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I signed up to take a cavitation class with a machine with this company when it was on sale. When I went to pay the balance on the day of class I was being charged the full price. When I tried to contact customer service to resolve it no one would answer. I tried several times through emails, phone calls, Facebook and no one would answer because they just want to hang on to my $650 and not give me the machine. I even wrote them that I would pay the full price but no answer. So basically they have $650 of my hard earned money and I have nothing. I cannot believe how dishonest this company is. I have seen several other reviews from other people that they scammed. Don't be another one.
I ordered training courses and I have not recieve them in a month. They won’t answer phone calls. They won’t return my emails. No way to contact them to fix my problem. They took my money but didn’t send class products and haven’t let me take the online classes.
