We registered our son for the soccer wait list, he was taken off the wait list and we were given 24 hours to make payment for him to join a team. Unfortunately, the only communication we received was one email to my husband's email address. When we discovered this on day two and attempted to pay the OYAAs online system wouldn't allow us. We had to re-register our son and he wasn't reactivated until after the late payment deadline. We asked that the late payment charge be waived and we were denied this request despite having proof we registered in a timely fashion to begin with. I asked that someone from the OYAA call me discuss the issue and I was simply ignored and my son's ability to play soccer was taken away.
