we produce and the genuine desire to serve our customers.After looking into the incident described in the complaint, it was determined that the credit card number submitted on our e-commerce site was invalid and possibly entered incorrectly as the attached log will show. The customer received a message that there was a failure in processing the payment as a result. It appears that the invalid card number was submitted multiple times in a consolidated period of time, causing the system to think there was something fraudulent occurring. No charges were ever made to the customer's card by Oleson Saw Technology.We are proud of our company and we know our customers are why we exist, We hope this sheds some light on the incident in question,Kind Regards,

Review: I needed to order a bandsaw tire for my 10" [redacted] bandsaw, so I went online and found Oleson Saw Technology's website and decided to order one since the price was good. I signed in with their website and proceeded with my order and when I went to hit submit, nothing happened. So I tried it again, hitting submit again and nothing! Now I have a brand new [redacted], so I. Knew the problem wasn't on my end, so I called the customer service and ordered it over the phone. The lady advised me that yes they were having problems with their website and apologized. The next day I found out that my credit card was shut down by the bank because of bruit force?! Oleson Saw's website forced the charge 15x on my card causing it to be canceled and me having to go to the bank and explain things and reopen a whole new card!! Thanks, yea that reflects on your credit record! When I called the company, she said ,oh we shipped it already and apologized, but now I have to go to the trouble of shipping it back, because I don't want to do business with a co. That can't get their site working properly! They should have said just keep it for all of the trouble, but Noooo! So think again before buying with them and watch your cc statement!Desired Settlement: It shouldn't have come to this if the co. Was reputable and known for good customer service they should have said hey keep the tires, it our fault! The only thing I want is a letter of apology from the co.s president so I have proof of the mistake for my credit rating.
