We were working next door when one of my guys noticed major deadwood and limbs over the house he approached her walked through her yard her all the facts about her trees gave her a price of 1000 to tell two large trees for 350 a piece and 300 to haul a wood pile. ... she said she couldn't afford the price so we only charged her for the two trees total beichefjng 700. We finished the job next door around 5:30 processed over to her yard and got started. 7:00 the customer approached us informed us she had to leave instead she wrote us out a check I informed her we would me done that evening well I misinformed her we doc not complete everything all we had left wad 3 pieces of wood. The v next several days the weather was cold and wet we did not send our guys out. In the fourth gay she called and told my father that we only trimmed one tree and hauled no wood. So this brings up to the following week we sent out guys over trimmed way more than we discussed these guys were never informed about the two pieces of wood now she is demanding $350.00 ball for two pieces of wood she never got charged for I am more than happy to pick up the wood but she says she does m other want us in her yard.

I am rejecting this response because: The details are not accurate in the responseThe original quote was for $not $I left at 4:30pm not 7pmVery little time was spent trimming both trees (the first time, I wasn't there but returned and saw the amount of branches cut down off the front tree, and the second time, they came after dark and cut off branches off the back tree for a half hour) and no one ever checked in with me either in person or over the phone about whether it was done to my satisfaction, which it was notWhen I wrote my check in advance of the work being done--which I shouldn't have done--the fellow assured me that satisfaction was guaranteed and they wanted me to be happyI am not happy at all and neither are my neighbors across the street who paid more than I did and lost out even more, as their work was also unfinished.The reason why I no longer want them in my yard is because weeks passed before I gave up on them coming back to pick up the two pieces of wood that remainI made several phone calls and was told several times that they would be back to finish the work and they didn'tLevi called me on New Year's Eve saying he would be in the area and wanted to talk to me on Monday the 2nd, I assume to discuss finishing the work and/or picking up the wood; I left a message saying I was out of town but would be back on Monday nightI never received a call backI also don't want them back in my yard because I've submitted this complaint and don't trust that they would do good work nowI would rather have a partial refund

On  Sunday, April 3 The customer and myself walked the entire property and Marked  which trees he wanted removed  gave him a price of thousand dollars he agreed to do the work I got my crew and we got started we completed almost a quarterly the work  We return on the fourth...

 it was at that time we saw a additional 10 trees that we did not mark the night before. To save any arguments We went  ahead removed the additional trees  and ground all stumps. It was at that time we noticed a large oak tree completely dead we offered to remove it for 750.00 they agreed to do the work we completed the job that day.   About two weeks later we received a phone call from the customer saying we missed 15 to 20 more buckthorn and a dozen or stumps I returned his call letting him know that we were extremely busy and I would be out to take a look when I got a chance.  Returned a couple days to find 20+ trees marked at that time we realized he was trying to get a lot more work done than what was discussed.  Once again to save any headaches or arguments we brought the crew back for a third time took down all the Merc trees ground all the stumps  we removed an extra 15 trees in that area and remove to brush piles that out was not marked or talked about to try the site satisfy the customer. I think he was figuring after he marked the first 20 trees that was not discussed we went ahead and did it it would be easy for him to do it again The wife and myself walk the property to make sure everything was complete she was happy agreed that the job was done and paid us.  Two or three weeks had passed he called for the third time saying we missed some more Marked trees I told him there is n way your wife and I walked through the yard and there were no more Mark trees with orange ribbon tied around the tree.  I tried everything I could to make this customer satisfied going back to the property removing 40+ trees that were not originally discussed grinding out extra stumps for him don't matter how many times we went back and did extra work for this customer he would never be satisfied.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. After talking directly with Oleson, they agreed to come over and finish the stump grinding work. They came over today and completed everything to my satisfaction.
