I did receive the trays on January 4th after this complaint was filedHowever I feel that it is important to note both for this case and for the future customers, that they trays had to be remade only because they were lost in the first place and not because the crowns had to be remade too - that happened after they were lostAnd it still doesn't explain why I was treated so badly by the administrative staffAnd I still have not received x-ray images in an email, as promised

*** called from the business she stated that the LOE visit was written off on 12/14/Mrs*** had a zoom whiting done and the trays were order but when Mrs*** wanted permanent crowns put in itWith the permanent crowns put in caused the trays that were ordered not to
