Review: The [redacted] assured me that the products I purchased were of good quality. He ensured that the costly costume jewelry (bracelets, earrings, and gold chain) were gold plated stainless steel. Turned out the items were faulty and infected my wrists, ears and neck respectively. I warned the [redacted] at the time of purchase that if the items turned that I would return for a reimbursement; that was Sunday July **, 2014. I returned today, Wednesday July **, 2014, after I had worn the faulty merchandise once (only on that day). The [redacted] claimed that he had no idea of what I was talking about and if it was his merchandise that he couldn't accept that it had changed color.I presented my receipt of purchase and his tuned changed, though he remained extremely disrespectful. He pointed to a sign that all sales were finally and he could not refund me any money. I offered that he allow store credit but he rejected that notion. I cautioned that I would report him to the Revdex.com for his unprofessionalism, faulty products and less than ethical [redacted] practices and he blatantly insisted "I don't care". He began screaming at me to get out and I wouldn't leave without reimbursement. He then dashed outside and came back with four police officers. He fed them a one sided story and they asked for mine. The officers sided with me and asked for a store credit on my behalf. This [redacted] was livid and did not pay attention to the officers or myself. The officers were instrumental in submitting this online claimDesired Settlement: I want my money back.
