I am VERY upset with this businessFor one, customer service is absolutely non-existentI have emailed them 5-times in the last week and a half wanting to know when my box would be shipped out this monthMy debit card was charged on November 02, and their policy states shipping happens within 10-days of thatIt is now the 22nd of the month, and my box has not even been shipped yetBy the time I get it (if I even do), they will have already charged me AGAIN on December This seems fraudulent in and of itself, and more so since no one will answer my multiple messages on the status of my orderThey already have my money, I guess they're not worried about getting back to me or getting me the items I have already paid forI wrote AGAIN saying that I want to cancel my subscription because of these reasons, and I want to know when my shipment will be fulfilled for this monthAgain, no responseThis is a terrible business with NO customer service, and I will be very outspoken in steering people away from a subscriptionIf someone had at least communicated with me, or answered me AT ALL, I would definitely be understanding of any delaysThis, however, is unacceptableI'll be lucky if I get the items they have already charged me for, and if I do not, I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, as well as disputing the charge as fraudulent on my debit cardUnbelievable

COMPLETE SCAM! Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not order from Olia Box. My friends and I ordered a year subscription and only received 3 boxes throughout the entire year. We reached out to customer service multiple times, and were finally given only 3 more boxes, when we should have received 9. It is now almost 3 months into the next year and we are still missing 6 boxes that should have been mailed to us last year. We have reached out to customer service countless times throughout this process and have received very minimal, non-helpful responses. This "company" should be shut down.

I'd like to give a No Star rating but that wasn't an option. This has scam written all over it. Customer service is a joke but I'm not laughing. I received a 6 months subscription as a birthday gift from my daughter in law. I received the May box and emailed requesting to exchange one item. No response. 4 emails and 3 phone calls later, I got the same lame excuse as other people posting complaints (both here & on the BBB website) that my email went to their spam box. My daughter in law began contacting them and was told 3 times that the June and July boxes were being mailed the next day along with 1 free item. Never happened. The subscription started in May 2018. It is now July 14th and I have only received the May box. That was an awfully expensive box for $189.00. Subsequently, my daughter in law requested a refund and we were shocked to get an email saying "No refunds". $189.00 for 1 box? I do not trust this business and am expecting any day to read they were a scam.

This is a very poorly run, poorly managed business with terrible customer service and company policy. I ordered a two month subscription as a birthday gift for my sister and specified when I placed the order that I wanted Bold & Chunky jewelry as opposed to Dainty. I received an email two and a half weeks later that they had none of my "style preferences" on file and had me email them back (red flag #1). Six days later my sister texted me a picture of the jewelry she received and it was, incorrectly, the Dainty style. I emailed them right away to express my frustration and disappointment. After acknowledging their mistake their only consolation was to send one extra piece in the following month's box. I explained to the customer service representative that I was not happy with their solution and demanded that they send the product I had paid for. Their response was that I ask my sister to ship her gift back first before they send the correct one. Knowing this was a completely ridiculous request since A) I would have to ask my sister to send her gift back, B) my sister would be the one to have to go through the hassle of returning the gift since I do not live near her, C) she would have to wait for them to receive the product before they send out the new one which could take weeks, and D) she already wore the jewelry, I told them it was not plausible and asked them to find another solution. At this point I got an email from the company founder who simply reiterated that she would be "more than willing" to send an extra piece in the following month's box. I replied again telling them it was not enough and asked them what else they can do. I did not receive any response. I emailed again two days later and still got nothing. Now it has been five days and I haven't heard anything from them. I even tried calling and no one answers.
But wait, there's more! When I first placed the order I wanted to ensure that the subscription would end after two months. I got email confirmation that it would be canceled after the two months and I would not be charged again. Big surprise, one month later I am charged again at the same rate for another two month subscription with an entirely new order number. Fortunately I can dispute charges with my credit card company. I already asked them cancel my orders and not send anything else. I do not want to deal with them ever again. Now I need to find a way to explain this to my sister.
I would advise anyone to look elsewhere if they're considering buying a jewelry subscription box. Do not trust this business.

Review: Sent email on 4/25 to cancel subscription, received email response back on 4/26 that subscription was cancelled. On 5/04 I was still charged the monthly subscription of $35, when I was told the subscription was cancelled. I would like a refund back to my debt cardDesired Settlement: I would like the refund of $35.00 back to my debit card, remove my card from your file and do not charge me again for the services.

Poor quality jewelry and poor customer service. Jewelry broke apart and is cheaply made. I contacted the company on 6/14 and they offer either a refund or a new box. I chose a new box to give them a second chance. Meanwhile, I sent out the box, and I snap a photo of the damaged items on ig and left my opinion there. I also left them a review on their facebook page. Almost a month later, they hadn't contact me about the status of my new box. Therefore, I contacted them on 7/10 to let them know I sent the original box back to them (paid shipping too) and that I received delivery conformation that they got it on on 6/30. On 7/11 I was told they were going to look into it and get back to me on Monday 7/14. They lied. I didn't hear anything from them till 7/16 that they were going to be sending out the box at the end of the week 7/18. Then by the middle of the next week 7/23, I get an email of a refund confirmation. I was confused because I didn't ask for a refund. So I contacted them again on 7/24. They told me they cancel the order of the new box and decided to refund me because they hadn't heard from me. They also said I seem unhappy with what I left on ig. Of course, I am unhappy since once they had my money they took their sweet time. Horrible company. Perhaps, they are in the wrong business since they lack customer service skills.
