Review: After much research I decided to use this company to refinish my hard wood floors, very poor quality of work. They also installed a wood inlay (which cost me $1800.00) which is now loose and sinking. They caused sever property damage to my floors and gave them 6 attempts to repair their damage, spoke to them in June and advise, I would let them do the 7th time to repair their damage after my medical issue was resolved. I have called them, e mailed them and have sent a registered letter and they are not responding. I have been more then patient with the property damage they caused to my homeDesired Settlement: I want the floor repaired or a refund to hire a more reputable company

Yes this has been on going issue she waited over 6 months to contact us.....we were willing to do repair 6 months ago.....she choose to wait this long...I will be contacting her for a resolve we may just have her hire another contractor and pay them...we don't want to deal with her anymore....Any questions please call me office ###-###-####....Thanks [redacted]

In response to Olie's European Flooring response, the owners were well aware They were to comeback in 6 months since it took them 2 months for

them to try and repair the damage they caused 6 times, which brought us into December and was extremely freezing an unable to leave windows and doors open.

I started to contact them in June 2013 and they would not respond, which stared the registered letters from me trying to resolve the issue.

I was more then patient with them giving them 6 times to try and repair the damage they caused to beautiful 10 year floors which shoes never touched.

I have now sent them a copy of an estimate from another contractor, which [redacted] (owner) requested, registered mail on 10/**/13

which will reach them on 10/**/13 and have advised them they have a week to reimburse, since the owner stated they would pay. Which is now still

leaving me with a loss of $1500.00 since the destroyed the medallion they claimed they knew how to install.

I hope that their check reaches me, as the owners are very deceitful and unprofessional
