I paid Ben Olinchy construction $6000. to fix my leaking roof 1 yr ago & I now have 3 leaks ...1 Old leak and 2 NEW ones ... after his 1 man crew put a new shingle roof on my home..... I called Ben he came back out to my home said he would make it right IF I purchased the products to fix it CORRECTLY I have since tried several times to get him to come back out here and he will not return calls or answer calls ......I would like a refund or repair correctly and my ceilings fixed inside as well..... AS he is responsible for the 2 new leaks and 1 of those leaks is an Electric air vent WHICH I did show Ben when he came back out the last time ................When his company was hired it was to be a 2 day job with a crew of men ..That 2 day job turned into a week long job with my roof being covered by a tarp for days and the crew all quit except 1 Amish man which is who did my roof ALONE ................Ben Olinchy @Olinchy's construction is responsible for making this right inside and out ...............................
Response to complaint Id#*** To whom it concerns: The issues Mrs *** is having is not an installation error. The problem is she did not pay for new skylight plastic shells on her trailer, which I told her would possibly leak from the beginning. This is due to them being old and they are not going to be able to seal right after being removed and installed again. The issue wouldn’t be a problem if she would have put out the money the first time to do the job right, as I advised her from our first meeting. Everything else she has a complaint about is irrelevant and has nothing to due about the leaks. We tried to resolve the problem by telling her to get the skylight covers from a trailer company manufacturer. She was advised she could pay us the labor to fix the issue that could have been avoided. In this scenario this would have never happened if she listened to our advice before we started the roof and purchased the skylight plastic covers. She refused to pay the labor to fix the issue and she is quite certain it was a error on our part which it was not. I just received 2 letters from the Revdex.com asking me if my case was resolved then it states my case was closed because I never responded to my case I NEVER was contacted until today ..................NO MY CASE was not resolved Mr Ben Olinchy is a crook He charged me 6000. for a new shingled roof to fix 1 leak I now have 3 leaks worse then before I hired him .........I am not happy and I want a full refund I do not trust him to come back out here and LIE some more to my face He is a crook cant even keep workers they all but 1 Amish man quit the day after they was hired the Job he was hired to do I was told would be a 2 day job turned into a lot longer and that poor AMish man was dropped off here in Jan in freezing cold to do the work all alone ...........
full refund As I can see that 3 other complaints also want a full refund from this crook
