situation with our customer. We contacted the client and gave him all materials that had already been purchased for his job and refunded and difference in deposit he had given. We received $3,852.98 from the client. The client received $3,232.32 in job materials that had already been purchased and our client also received a refund of $620.15 from his deposit on the job. He was fully refunded between his materials and money left over. 0'Linchy Construction has not moved and still resides at [redacted] where it has been since May of 2012. This was a very unfortunate situation and we are happy to have resolved it with our client in a timely manner. I received notice of this issue on 08/28/2015 and the issue was fully resolved by 09/16/2015. Here at O'Linchy Construction Services LLC we take our reputation very seriously and always do right by our customers. I have been very satisfied with this contractor and their attention and cooperation from the very start. They have been great in understanding what I needed and were proactive in recommending resolutions. They have been very good at follow-up. First, I had Ben and his crew replace my roof. This project went smooth. The crew cleaned up every day and in a couple days I had a beautiful new roof that looks great and has a life time warranty. After this project went so well I had them build me a back porch with Trex it is so nice and maintenance free. It has been a very positive experience with Ben and his crew and I am planning to have them back in the future for a basement remodel.

Bravo!!! This company is hands down the greatest. My partner and I had a addition built on our house. We took are time looking for the right contractor to make our chicken scratches on paper reality. We were right on with our decision by picking O'Linchy's Construction they knew what they were doing and did it in a timely manner. We will recommend them to our family and friends. We love our new space and look forward to doing more projects with them in the future.

Review: We signed a contract with O'linchy Contruction to insulate our house after another contractor was to remove our siding. The siding contractor was busy on other jobs and had been putting our job off and the entire summer went by with no siding removal. Ben O[redacted] knew the siding guy was being a problem, but took the job and took a deposit of $3,175. Since we had no idea when he would be needed there was no schedule put on the contract. After we realized the siding guy was not going to do our house we asked Ben to stop by. We explained to him the siding guy was not going to show and he was not surprised. We asked for a return of our deposit and he acted like that was no problem and that he would ask his wife to prepare the refund. Three or four days later I called Ben. He said he'd forgot to mention it to his wife and that he would do that. The next time I called Ben said he'd talked to his wife and his wife said no and that we had work to be done at the house and they would like to bid on it. At that point I did not pressure them for a refund. We had hired them earlier in the year for a small job and were satisfied with their work. We gave them an opportunity to bid. He made several trips to the house to talk to us. We kept asking for a quote in writing. Ben had never given us a written quote on any of his visits to our house. The work he'd perform was always changing as was his verbal quote. I finally told Ben to forget it and return our deposit. He refused. I made a call to Ben after that and left a voice mail. He never responded. We went to a lawyer to have a demand letter written. The demand letter was sent, but O'linchy Construction never responded.Desired Settlement: We (my wife [redacted] & I) would like the $3,175 refunded.

I went by their location and all the equipment and signage are gone. I have text them and no answer and I have heard the couple that ownes the complete [redacted]. I paid them $3,852.98 as a down payment and worry they have skipped town. I have less than four months to get the roof completed to get the rest of my payment from [redacted].
