We have placed an order in mid July2016 with a receipt of email stating transaction was successful. Approx $60 was charged to credit card. After repeated attempts, we have not received product or refund. Website was down but is now functional. Oct 15 Online "chat" "Olga stated that we would receive refund . . no $$, now no response as of 10/16/16.
