Olio is a small, early stage company and we just went through our first product launch. A few features listed on our website were not available when the devices first shipped. Many have since been added, and the rest will be available shortly....

For example, the timezones feature was in beta testing when the product shipped but is now being released in a software update this month. The Product Changes section in the Terms on our website disclose that such a discrepancy may occur: www.oliodevices.com/terms.
As a small company, we explicitly state that we do not take international orders and will not ship internationally. This customer is in the Netherlands, and must have had a friend or family member ship the watch to him from the US. We honor our return policy of 30 days, and if the watch is returned to us we will issue a full refund, but we do not have the resources to accept international returns and we are not set up in customs to do so. Again, if the merchandise is returned (undamaged) we will honor our return policy and issue a full refund.
