Tom did a tile installation on my ground floor and two bathrooms. We have had nothing but problems. The tikes lifted from my first floor and he used mismatched grout on my upstairs bathroom floor. He then sent a worker in to fix the issues. The worker used a boxcutter on my marble floor, permanently damaging them. Tom then came back to "fix the problem" but ended up taking the finish off of several tiles and turning the marble pink from the buffing agent. He is impossible to get in touch with for repairs, although his work has a "lifetime guarantee". Although he promised a replacement of the time, and states numerous times that he ordered product, he has not answered a single one of my phone calls in over 3 months. I am now filing with tho office of consumer affairs as well as small claims court for the bathroom. Damage is now in excess of what I paid for labor initially since the tile is now ruined and I paid for that in addition to his costs.
