Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Since
McKinley started managing Creekwood Apartments in late October 2013, we to
exceed our residents’ expectations. When we began managing Creekwood there were
many outstanding work orders, which we began...

addressing immediately. 
 
We are aware that the landscapers broke the window; it was
an unfortunate mistake on their part. 
The window was promptly ordered and is expected to arrive in the next
couple of weeks. As we were not managing the property before October 2013, it
was not until this letter was received that we were made aware of previous
issues such as continuous hot water (repaired 07/09), the outlet that sparks
(repaired 07/09) and drywall repair in the bedroom (repaired 07/09).
 
Mckinley takes pride in excellent customer service and our
core purpose is to enrich the quality of life in our communities.  If there is anything further we can assist in
rectifying this matter please don’t hesitate to contact me, the Senior

Mr. [redacted] moved in on 7/24/2015 he connected the office on 7/25/15 and informed the staff his air condition was not working, our assistant manager called emergency maintenance to place the work order. The maintenance staff took him a portable unit 7/25/15. Monday morning our leasing manager...

called Mr. [redacted] on 7/27/2015 to let him know that the coil had been ordered for his unit, Mr. [redacted] and to let her know he informed her he had not been there so he didn’t know if the house was cool but that he didn’t believe the maintenance hooked up the portable unit correct, so she sent maintenance right over. When maintenance came back they informed her that a lady opened and informed maintenance that portable air condition was ok and that she actually resided there and that Mr. [redacted] did not, and he had not called her yet to find out if the unit was working, so he didn’t know it was cool in the apartment.  We heard no more from Mr. [redacted] until Friday 7/31/2015 at this point he came into the office and said his air condition was still broke and he wanted a discount, I asked are you sure because maintenance had been there already. He stated he  didn’t know he had not been there yet but he would go check and let me know, but what were we going to do about a discount I let him know I would look into it. He called back like five minutes after leaving and said he did not have a key to check and make sure it was working that he had left it at the other house I asked him to come in a get a key so we could resolve this issue he stated he was in a hurry and could not come now I asked would you like us to come open it for you he still responded no he was in a hurry, I let him know it was important for him to come now because we would be short staffed tomorrow (Saturday) and may not be able to get to him if his unit was still broke he said it was fine. He called again 8/5/2015 saying it was not working again and were we giving him rent free for August. Maintenance went there again this time somehow his breaker was tripped and air is working fine.

Review: my family went to olive garden Friday the 23 of aug. it was around 5pm, I have a three yearold who is a ciliac, who also has had severe reactions to gluten in the past. I am also a ciliac. We both ordered gluten free pasta. Mine was part of the never ending pasta bowl. When they brought out our salad it had cruttons all over it (which I asked to be left off) we had to send it back. After my son and I ate our first bowl of pasta I ordered another for myself, but when it arrived it looked diff. then the first one. I asked the waitress and she said "ummm im not sure all I know is the one I just brought you is gluten free" I then told her to get the manager. When the manager came out he said "well looks like we messed up, there isnt anything we can really do about it now im sorry here is a giftcard" I lift my sons shirt up and a rash had already started on his abd and feet. We then left in a hurry and had to get benadryl and stay close to the hospital incase the reaction got any worse WE CARRY A EPIPEN. My son and I both had severe diarrhea vomitting and headaches, like most ciliacs get for the next 24 HOURS. I TRIED TO CONTACT THERE CORP. OFFICE ALL WEEKEND BUT WAS TO TOLD TO JUST LEAVE A COMMENT ON THERE WEBSITE.Desired Settlement: something more then a giftcard for 50$ for what could have been a life threatning issue for my three years old child and a weekend of suffering for us both

Our director of operations has spoken to Ms. [redacted] and we shipped compensation via UPS. However, the package was returned to us (UPS Tracking [redacted]). We are reaching out to her for clarification on the mailing address (which is identical to the one provided in the Revdex.com comlaint).

Review: I visited the Olive Garden on [redacted] in [redacted], VA on 6/10 (Monday). It was around 6pm and for some reason, my guest and I waited at the hostest stand for about 5-10 minutes until we were finally sat. The hostest kept trying to radio in to someone asking about what booth was available. It is a Monday night. The restaurant is not busy. We could peek into the restaurant and there were plenty of tables, not sure where the issue was. Then, they finally sat us...in the bar! If that was the case, why did we wait? The waitor/bartender finally came over saying he was swamped. He took our order without writing down the information. When he tried to repeat it, he laughed and said "I forgot, let me get a pen, so I can write it down."Then, comes this evening, 6/16. My family of 9, took my father out for Fathers day. It took about 20 minutes to be seated. We were sitting for at least 10 minutes, until the waitor came over to greet us and we ended up just giving our order, since it took SO long. He came back with salad and we still didn't have our drinks. We waited for about 45 min, then finally got our food. Mine was incorrect (I ordered the pomodoro with whole wheat pasta and it was angel hair). Then 3 people from our table didn't have our food and they were trying to tell us that the plates they had were for us. But we didn't order that. We think it was possible that our food went to a different table. My parents ordered a pizza and the pizza (1 slice missing) was sitting on the tray. Apparently, someone accidently dropped it, and they were going to make a new one. Why did they bring that out to begin with? Shouldn't they have picked it up and discarded it? 10 minutes later, my correct dish comes back, my parents is still not there. At this point, we're ready to cancel their food (and that is sad because it is fathers day). We were there for them. It finally came out.We were getting ready to leave, got boxes, and asked for bags. They only had one bag left. Never did they come back to refill drinks, ask how our food was, if there was anything else they could get for us. Nothing. Instead, I had to ask for more bread, salad, cheese, and the worst part, to ask someone to clean off our table because we still had all our dirty plates when they were trying to put our dinner plates down.My brother in law spoke to the manager because as you can imagine, we were NOT happy with the service at all. He managed to have the manager "fix" the check. Not sure what was done, but it had to be done. This was not the waitors fault, but it was the restaurants fault. It was fathers day and if you were that busy, you should have expected the crowd you were going to have. You should have had your good servers in that can accept a table of 10+ since you should have realized families were coming in. There was no excuse for it. And especially since this is the second time with poor service in a week, I will definitely never be returning to this location and make sure I tell others about this experience.Also, just an FYI, when we were waiting for our check, I overhead the table behind us ask our waitor "where did our waitress go? We asked for drinks and breadsticks about 20 minutes ago and she never came back." We were not the only ones that were disgruntled.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. The Olive Garden service in [redacted], VA is horrible and their staff seems incapable of taking requests. I will never return to this location.

Our table server [redacted] ([redacted] according to her name tag) was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout our experience at Olive Garden.In [redacted] I took my wife to dinner at Olive Garden. It is sad that our dinner was ruined by the experience we received from the server. First, she didn't make us feel welcomed and never smiled throughout our visit. Second, it was very difficult to flag her down or even get her to refill our waters and soup/salad as she purposefully went around our table to not serve us. I usually have a thick skin for these kind of things, however, when I finally was able to flag her down to ask for a second refill of my gnocchi soup, she looked at me with ridicule and said: "you want soup with dessert?" At least three times. I was pretty sure I was speaking in**nglish when I asked for a soup refill. But the way she treated the table right next to us with the utmost respect and smiles which was utterly unprofessional. It is sad that I get this kind of service from a restaurant that I've been going to since I was a child.Desired SettlementI would like to receive a full refund and receive a written apology from the server that has wrong my wife and I with her unprofessionalism and rudeness that was unfounded and unnecessary.
