If she would have actually read the complaint filed, I laid everything out ststep by dateAgain--the order was placed on 5/8/(order # [redacted] )The total for all items (including the toys not sent) was charged to my account on 5/17/This total charged was $ On 6/7/I sent an e-mail requesting a refund of $for the toys not sent since it had been over a monthOn 6/9/Sarah replied that she would issue the creditTHAT WAS THE LAST I HAVE HEARD FROM THREFUND, NO REPLIES TO SEVERAL E-MAILS, NO PHONE ANSWERED & NO REQUEST FOR INFO FROM THEMTHEY MADE NO CONTACT AT ALL.Sincerely, [redacted]
I am happy to refund her money but I do not have her credit card number to do so As I told her, we had a file corruption over Memorial Day, so I have no record of what she purchased, nor date of processing but I remember what she was being refunded I have looked over all of our credit
card processing for the weeks around Memorial Day and see no record of her credit card to be able to issue the refund I wrote to ask her for more information but never heard back If she can tell me the date of the order, I can easily process the refund.Sarah
