I Purchased a pair of pants and the store was advised that I could not try them on because of Covid but if they did not fit I could bring them back and exchange them for a different size. I took them home tried them on they did not fit brought them back the very next day and was advised I could not exchange them for a different size this was just their policy I spoke to the manager and I explained that the sales rep told me I could Just yesterday she said she was sorry for the inconvenience but I could not exchange for a different size I spoke to the manager and explained again that I had spent $40 on a pair of pants the pants were too small I did what the sales rep told me to do and I’m getting penalized as a consumer and that’s not fair she told me oh well when I try to get corporate information from her to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau she hung up the phone. This is the Newport news Patrick Henry Mall location a shop here all the time you have officially lost me as a customer because of your route manager who has no professionalism skills I didn’t want a refund I just simply wanted a pair of pants that fit!

Clothing is paired as a two piece but priced separately
[email protected] the store said all sale items couldn't be returned not items regular priced however management said no return on items period.Reciept states returns expire10/3/2020 items purchased as a gift but individual didn't like the gifts. Can someone from Corporate contact me on this matter. I spent over $100.00 and am not happy with this establishment.

So I took some items that I couldn’t fit took them back too get a paper store credit paper that I can’t find and when I asked the girl too look it up she told she needed the original paper that’s not fair at all I don’t remember what I did with it and it was over a 100 dollars !

On Monday, September 16, 2019, at approximately 8:37PM, I entered this store with my wife hoping to buy a dress for her. We were both profiled by the store sales rep, Diane and another woman, the majority of the time we were shopping, which made us feel disgusted and appalled. Once my wife finally decided what dress she wanted to purchase at 8:53, Diane stated, “Sorry we closed the cash register because we didn’t feel you was going to purchase anything”. I stated, “why wouldn’t we purchase anything if my wife have a dress in her arm shopping? Plus, you guys never gave us any warnings stating the cash register will be closing soon before the stores close”. I was extremely angry and left the store only to come back and ask Diane, “Can you please explain the logic of closing the cash register, while we are shopping before the store closes and what is the manager name?”, Diane stated, “we have the right to refuse purchase at 8:45PM, without any warning”. I asked for her name and left the store. I have never in my life profiled a person or disrespect a person in such an manner. I want loss prevention and the manager to please review the video of this incident and contact me as soon as possible.

I purchase 4 dresses for the Waldorf, MD location and I gave one dress as a gift for my friends birthday, she really loves the dress. She went to the store because she wanted a bigger size and the tag is still attached. They wouldn't let her exchange it without a receipt. I think this is ridiculous. I can't find the receipt but I shop at there often. If this isn't resolve Olive Ole will loose a loyal customer and I will find another store to shop at with a better Exchange policy.

Terrible manager in Waldorf name Terrence terminated employees for no reason. Unethical. Poor management

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We understand and contacted the customer to allow her to exchange or receive a replacement.It was a matter of a lack of communication on our part and her email going unnoticed. Thanks,Joe

The manager (Tiara) at the Hampton PTC location is very rude. No one should talk to their customers in a disrespectful manor or try to ever degrade them. She should not hold a management position if she acts and has an attitude like my 5 year old sister. Corporate should really look into who they are hiring at their stores.

Why is it that the workers at Olive Ole can not converse with each other if they are working. It is a clothing store not a government building and even in government buildings they are allowed to speak with each other as long as the work is completed correctly

I purchased a dress for my birthday and decided to try it on for a second time when I got home to compare to another dress . When I did, the tag came off so I put the tag in the bag with the receipt so I could exchange it. When I tried to return it to the oxon hill store the lady denied my request only because the tag was detached. I was so disappointed seeing as how I always spend money at this store and my need to exchange my dress was not met or even considered! Coming from a store manager I can not see how you could turn away customers over a detached tag! I refuse to spend my money at that location again and Hope that if you care about your sells you would meet the needs of your consumers.

Review: I purchased a dress from the [redacted], MD location on 1/10/2014. I did not try on the dress in the store and while I was trying the dress on at home the tag came off the dress. I still had the tag and the original receipt. I came to the store today 1/20/2014 and I spoke to one of the cashiers and the cashier told me that I could not return the item because the tag was not attached. So I told her on the receipt it states" No cash refund. Store Credit only. Must have original receipt and price tag within 14 days of purchase date". On the receipt it does not state price tag attached. I asked her if there was a corporate office number to contact she stated that the company does not have a corporate office. I spoke to the manager and explain the situation and she did not want to help me and stated that there was not a corporate office contact. I shop with this company numerous times and I cannot believe that I was unable to return something with the original tag and receipt within the return policy. The store manager told me that the cashier should have notified me of the return policy. I told her that the cashier did not notify me of that. If you shop there just be careful because the people there are not customer friendly.Desired Settlement: I would like to exchange the item for another item because I cannot wear the item.
