Olive Shoe Repair

This customer was told she would be called when these boots were done. She came in to get them and pressured the owner to do it while she waited. He does not even do that kind of work. These materials are all man made so they would not cost $250.00. She did not want to come back, she wanted to wait.... She only paid $74.00 and I would be willing to fix it if she brings them back in however I, ***, must be here.

We are more than willing to assist her, she needs to call and speak to me, ***, and not ***. I have left her a message with this same information and she has not returned my call

I am rejecting this response because: 1) It is a LIE that you are telling me that I would be called when my boots were doneI was given a claim ticket with the date and I came back at the end of the day on my assigned day My boots are leather, which is another lie as is the part where you stated that I paid $ I left a deposit of 20$ and upon returning to retrieve my screwed up boots, I paid the balance of 68$ I do not know what that equals in your country but in America it equals 88$ If "he doesn't even do that kind of work " he shouldn't have accepted the job in the first place!!!

to locate the belt for over a month.  I walked through the entire area and tried to help but we could not find it.  I hope they do locate it but think there should be a time limit as it has already been a long time.
