The purchase of a tractor for mowing grass.

On the same day I started to mow the grass. At the moment when I turned on the blades, the tractor got dangerous vibrations.
After the weekend I took the tractor back to the seller - dealer Oliveira...
.........And since then.... I do not have a tractor.
Oliveira Dealer sends video film to ; Husqvarna Head Office
*** showing faulty engine work asking what to do ...????
Head Office *** after a week makes decisions and sends a new part in place of the defective part . After the replacement, the tractor continues to vibrate.
So ........ Again .... Oliveira Dealer*** - sends video move to the head office asking what is the reason for the engine vibrations and blades.....why vibrate do not go down ..????
The Husqvarna Head Office ***. ------- consultation ... consultation ... consultation ... and no answer ... no decision.
So I decided to call the head office.
For the first phone I was very kindly treated by ***
But a few days later, after the second phone call to the head office, ***
I was informed that they can not help anything ... it is not their problem and I can complain and complain ... "" I have time "" "- he said...

The same words are repeated by the dealer Oliveira ... ""we can not do anything ...
we are waiting for Head Office -Miss decisions""
I am powerless ... utterly powerless.

I am retired.
The tractor was purchased for monthly payments, which I pay without having it.
I asked the bank and dealer to stop paying for the duration of the repair.
Unfortunately nothing
no one takes responsibility ...
The dealer sold a factory-damaged faulty tractor ...
They replaced already
1. belts
2. crank shocks
3. blades
------mechanics do not know where the feller is ???

I was not allowed to ride the test
there is no possibility to check the mowing work on the dealer's premises.
it turned out that a damaged tractor was being sold
I trusted that the tractor is new and efficient.

Desired Outcome

I asked Oliveira Eqp. To bring a new tractor, because this one can not be repaired. answer was ... it is not possible.. NO.. Please help me I do not want a tractor after renovation, after rebuilt !!!!! ... I bought a new tractor .. and I want to have a good-new tractor. Two months pass and no one is responsible. this tractor can not be repaired, and even if so, I do not want a tractor after rebuild.

This has been a situation that Husqvarna had to analyze to determined if a replacement mower would be given. Husqvarna required us to replace a few parts and perform testing on the unit, but ultimately, we concluded that the mower was to be replaced. We were able to not only replace the unit, but put them in a premium upgraded unit to compensate for the long delay and inconvenience. New unit has arrived and is now ready for customer to pick up.
