I am aware of the problems with this customerWe have been sending parts in order to resolve the problems with the LED SignI do know that the problem is still thereI apologize for any delayed contact or reaction from our sideI will work on it with our team to improve our customer serviceI will have no problem sending out necessary parts to repair the signHowever on new modules, there will be a difference in color tone between new modules and old modules for reasonsOne reason is being a different batches, it is really hard to duplicate exact same color tones on different batches and another is simply existing modules are worn down with use of time and will not generate same brightness as brad new modulesAnother solution is to bring back the sign to our location and have us do the general tune up and repairWe will take care of any parts and labor costs, only thing we can not be responsible is shipping fees for the signs

We are in communication with the customer (Red River Fabricating Inc.).We offered him options on how to solve the problem We could bring back the sign to replace entire modules in order to avoid a different colors on different spots OR we can also send modules to replace all the modules. The customer will have a meeting among them and will decide what to do They also asked us, if we are willing to speak to their local repair people about the sign I said we will talk to them any time they are available. However have not heard from the customer or from their repair people as of Today (11Wednesday).I will update more progress in near future once I have more communication with the customer Alex K

will have no problem sending out necessary parts to repair the sign. However on new modules, there will be a difference in color tone between new modules and old modules for 2 reasons. One reason is being a different batches, it is really hard to duplicate exact same color tones on different batches and another is simply existing modules are worn down with use of time and will not generate same brightness as brad new modules. Another solution is to bring back the sign to our location and have us do the general tune up and repair. We will take care of any parts and labor costs, only thing we can not be responsible is shipping fees for the signs.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Thank you for forwarding the message again after it was missed the first time. The digital message boards are both in metal frames that would have to be cut open and then later replaced so shipping them back to Olive would not be a solution we prefer to pursue. The question we asked the technical support staff at Olive which was never answered was how long the modules are intended to last. If modules that go out within a year cannot be replaced with new modules because they are from a different batch that may not match the original ones does Olives expect us to replace every module every year to maintain a consistent design. One of our two sign boards has never worked. We have replaced drivers and power sources in order to get to the point that we know the modules also have to be replaced. If the original modules were bad, we should be able to expect matching modules for the sign display.  We appreciate the willingness of Olive to send parts and we have a local sign company we have worked with to install the other parts that have been sent previously. But we strongly believe that we should have a working digital display that is consistent with its colors and that is something we have not had since purchasing the sign. Does Olive have a solution that would allow us to have a fully functioning sign instead of expecting us to "live with," as their tech support representative said, inconsistent display colors.  Respectfully submitted,[redacted], R[redacted]
