We have been around for 7 successful years with a repeated clientele consistently and we do our best to give the best product and customer service we cant. We are not perfect in no means, and in our industry somethings sometimes can go wrong. As far as the threatening part..Yes the customer (person that complaint, since his wife/girlfriend contacted us as well) call my cell phone several times (7+ to be exact) and left multiple threatening messages, still saved on my phone. One of the messages in customers exact words "You have 5 minutes to call me back, and if you don't we are going to have problems". Unfortunately we had to take his messages seriously as the employees at the store got concerned with the customer calling and yelling at them several times, on top of the times he called my cell. The employees provided my cell phone directly, as they freaked out. We can provide recordings if needed with customers phone number.
