I purchased a new Dodge Journey at Oliver CJosephs in DecemberWhen we were filling out the financial documentation we filled out the application for FCA Extended warranty and signed itThat along with a thank you letter for purchasing FCA Corporate warranty and the book that told me what my extended warranty provided was in my documents packageLater FCA started emailing me asking me to purchase the warranty, I told them I already hadThey said they could not contact me if I had purchased oneFCA said I had to purchase one before 12,miles so I ended up purchasing as I was right at that amount of miles and since I thought I had no warranty on this vehicle
Later same day I was looking in the glove box for the registration and found some other warranty paper work unsigned and for a different company folded up with the registration papersIt has my bank info, my info, and dealership info on it but is unsignedIt shows year 125,miles but does not say what it covers

On February 22, we set out to look for a different vanWe went to this company and spoke to a nice salesman named ***We told him we were interested in a or *** ***He took us over to a desk and was going over different things the van hasHe said he had a black one and a red with only 23,miles*** asked if it had heated seats he said yesWe test drove it and we liked it and we decided to purchase itHe said okay and he left and said you need a deposit to hold itI said on Monday Feb I will have the money to purchase it, but I paid $to hold itI asked for him to give me the exact amount for the van so I can fill out the checkI also asked for the bill of sale and he gave me a receipt for the $He said he forgot to let me see the bill of sale We came back on that Monday and were there for hoursI asked again for the bill of sale and *** said he would make a copy for meHe came back and said the copier didn’t work He the

We bought a used car for my son and as soon as the paperwork was done and the car was paid for by cash......the problems startedWe were told the car needed to undergo a safety check and a thorough cleaning and that we would be able to pick up the car the following Monday, days laterWe agreed
Come Monday, we were never contacted so we had to contact themA part was ordered and wouldn't come in till that FridayAlthough a bit annoyed, it was a safety part and we needed the car to be safeThe car was finished a day early and when we picked it up it wasn't clean at allAs a matter of fact there were still open tampons in the truckThere was also less than 1/tank of gasI called the manager and he apologized and asked to have it dropped off a second time and they would clean it, fill our tank with gas and he would throw in a car wash and waxing
Second time we picked up the car, after leaving it for almost hours, the car didn't look much better than the first timeI called the manager again and spoke to a different manager this timeHe said his guys cleaned it very thoroughly and didn't know anything about the car wash and waxing from the previous conversationsHe also said it is not the companies policy to send used cars off the lot with more than 1/tank of gasThis manager promises to send a $gas card in the mail since it was not cleaned to our satisfactionHe also tried to pull the "you bought the car AS IS", but I told him the cleaning was part of the original deal
To this day, approxmonth later, we have yet to receive anything from this company

My experience with this company is worth sharingThey failed to have all the paperwork completed at the time of trade inWithout a POA, they sold the turn vehicleWhen trying to get them the title, there was miscommunication instead of handling the matter professionally and directly they pushed it over to their attorneyThe attorney didn't have the correct information, then threatened meI am applaud by the rude, unprofessional customer service and representation of this companyI recommend others to stir clear if they don't want to be dehumanized by these people

I would like to inform others about the service I received at *** * *** ***) If I could give a zero rating I would I had to take my vehicle to this dealership three times to be "properly diagnosed" The first day was on 11/7/because it was not accelerating properly/losing power ***, the guy at the service desk was my point person throughout my horrible experience On 11/7/they performed a fuel injection cleaning, engine performance restoration, point inspection, and an oil change ($261.61) *** said, "your car is working fine" The same day, I returned to the dealership and reported it was doing the same thing First clue they were incompetentIt was inspected again This time I was told it was the transmission Second clue they were incompetent *** said he would contact the warranty holder and get back to me by tomorrow He didn't call me I called him on 11/12/ At that time, he mentioned the warranty company responded this morning at 7'ish He added they wanted to bring in their qualified experts to inspect my vehicle Third clue I took my vehicle in to OCJ I was taken to work by a staff member since I had no other transportation I received a call from *** later on 11/12/ Chrysler's experts gave a different diagnosis (cylinder issues) He said everything would be completed within hours but Chrysler wants me to agree to replace the thermostat and cooler ($700) and a loaner car would be provided I agreed Because I did not have my car, someone took me to OCJ to pick up the loaner I was informed by ***, who called *** *** ***) in front of me that I could not receive a car through Enterprise because they did not have a Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep available He said Mike would call me in the morning I never heard from Mike I was left with no car, no way to get to work, no way to make money for days When I heard from *** was on 11/15/stating my car was ready Again I did not have transportation and nothing was offered so I did not arrive until 11/16/ At this time I spoke with *** and informed him of my dissatisfaction with service He apologized for me feeling the way I did, but offered nothing *** showed up and stated he asked Mike for a $discount around 7'ish this morning but was denied I later asked to speak with the General Manager, *** He listened and asked what would make it better and then offered me a free oil change I refused To add insult to injury, when it was time to pay it was more than what *** stated over the phone I refused and it was adjusted to what he originally stated By the way, they will shake your hand at the end of engagement as if that makes it all better I WILL NEVER RETURN TO OCJ AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER Customer service and service sucks!!!!!!

The Dodge Journey came with a standard warranty, and a disclosure that the vehicle had a water leak in the rear tail light and that the issue had been addressed and repairedI had taken the vehicle in on several occasions for this issue and never was repaired October you went to purchase a new car,at this time during a car fax search , they discovered that the Dodge Journey had a Branded Title buy back lemon issued from FloridaOliver CJoseph purchased the vehicle from auctionThey never disclosed this information to me during the time of my purchase*** *** was going to give me $for trade in value, once they found the branded title on car fax, they said the trade in value would only be $4,

We were in the process of purchasing a VW Passat at the Oliver CJoseph dealership from *** *** As we were sitting down to sign the purchase papers, they informed us that they couldn't sell the vehicle to us because it had a recall on it They told us that as we spoke, they had removed the car from the lot and it was no longer for sale Then they proceeded to pull a bait and switch on us and tried to sell us a different car before we left the dealership Sensing we had been duped, I called the dealership several days later and asked about the VW Passat They said it was still on the lot and available for sale I asked if that car had a recall on it, and they said it didn't matter because if it did, their shop would have fixed it They then proceeded to ask if I wanted to come in a take a look at it

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from the OCJ Buick dealership in Oct Based on benefits stated by the salesman, I purchased the optional Moose Package for $995.00, primarily to save time cleaning the vehicle I was told the coating applied as part of the package would make the paint/windshield resistant to anything sticking to it (bugs, bird droppings, dirt/dust, etc) - even wax would fall if if you tried to wax it However, a few months later I found out this coating did not act as stated by the salesmanAfter returning from an overnight trip, I tried to remove splattered bugs from the front of the car and windshield - but they remained after car washes

I have many "females at my dealership but none of them has any information regarding an issues with Mr***. Indeed can handle the oil changes and any of the warranty issues regarding the "Moose Pkg" at our Dodge Store. If he chooses to have them done at the Buick GMC store there
indeed may be an issue. All of the products are covered and backed by reputable national companies such as MOPAR (oil changes), Zurich (Paint protection and interior protection) Nitrofill (tire issues etc). I agreed over the phone for one additional hour to find out what is wrong with my truck I was billed for more time than was agreed to was told he did not have to show additional time to bill me for it I told him over the phone not to do the recall work on my truck as I was going somewhere else they did it anyway said it did not matter what I said

I am writing this on behalf of my yr old motherShe took her car into the dealer with good faith that she could depend on good servicefirst visit she had her brakes doneThey also replace the sway bar linkson 10/06/Then on 12/16/she took it back because was told she had a oil leakshe had no drips on floor under car and did not smell any leaksThe replaced the oil pan gasketthen called her and told her that it was a lot worse than they thoughtRather than checking before replacing the oil pan gasket .They replaced the intake gasket and valve cover gasketsThey scared her by saying that it could catch on fireShe had them do the repairI feel that they did not us proper procedure for finding problem to start with She also stated that the car feels like it is sliding when turning leftRather than find what was going on they sold her new front tires instead of rotating the tires and pinpointing the problem They took three days to do the repairsWithin a couple of weeks after getting the car back the front end sounded like it was about to fall apart
I have been a auto tech for over yrs and live out of stateI came back from Washington stateI checked her car and found the sway bar links were making lots of noise along with the sway bar bushingI replaced the parts they replaced and fixed the problem
She had spend over 3200.oo in repairs and was afraid to drive her car for fear of it breaking downAfter I did the repairs I went to talk to the service managerHe did say he would refund her money for the sway bar link repair
I feel that he did not want to hear about any of the other problems she was having because of the age
She felt that if she did go back after all of the work was done and the noises coming out that they would just try to sell her something elseAlso if they would have told her up front that it would have been so costly she would have purchased a new car

Purchased a vehicle from Oliver C joseph in May and realized this July during my first oil change I was sold a warranty, Premium Moose Package, for $
I immediately sought a refund and was told that my vehicle had already had the paint and interior treated (again unbeknownst to me) so a refund was out of the question
I then sought a certificate of warranty( since I was given no information on this warranty, written or otherwise) and was given this generic piece of paper spelling out my coverage, nothing with dealers name, just like this had be typed up on some ones computer, a generic piece of paper
Further I ask for service records and or confirmation as to what and when the vehicle had been treated with, no one from Oliver CJoseph has responded
The way this dealer is selling this warranty is deceptive to say the least, and the warranty itself is laughable, its like they just made stuff up to make a customer fell like they are really getting something for the $
