Currently Oliver Management is not in charge of the water issue at Marlin Manor Apartments where this tenant livesWe manage the property but the owner of the property is very hands on when it comes to repairs at the buildingCurrently the
owner is working with the company that repairs the boiler system and a part has been ordered over weeks agoThe boiler system is roughly years old and the part that is needed is not stocked anywhere in the CountryThere is only company that can manufacture it and it is a special order and it has to be built from scratchWe are still waiting on the part to be made and delivered to the boiler repair company so they can fix the issueOliver Management hopes this issue will be fixed soon for the tenant, but it is something that is out of our control and we need to wait until this part arrives
Also if this tenant chooses to not pay rent, by law she needs to have it placed in Escrow and prove that is where it is at
The tenant has been given the opportunity to give her day notice and vacate early out of her lease with out penalty, but she hasn't submitted the proper vacating notice to be able to move forward with the agreement that is set forth

I have requested from Oliver Mgt to receive in writing that I can be let out of my lease without penalty and have yet to receive but yet I read it on this answerI have not submitted it because I signed a contract to state I am in a year lease and it I submit a day notice and I move they can still say that I owe for the remaining months and in a court of law I do because I signed a lease and I don't have a written statement all I have is hearsay which is not reassuring to me, especially with the way Oliver Mgt has handled my concerns thus farI certainly will be putting funds in a rent escrow accountI had a representative from the health department come by this morning and checked the temperature of the water which registered at degrees, which is higher than the recommended temperature for hot water and it was tested immediately after turning the water on, not waiting until it "warmed up"I will have a copy of those results sent to me so that I can have that for my records and if I need it for courtI can only pray that things work out for the benefit of everyone involved, it is not just my family affectedThere are apartments here and I have been told that this issue is only on the 2nd floor which I find that hard to believeMy next step is typing a petition and knocking on every single door to get signatures, this a violation of our tenant rights

Oliver Management can not give Ms.*** a letter releasing her from the remainder of her lease until she gives the day notice to vacateThe release letter is based off the 60day notice effective datesWe can not randomly pick dates for Ms*** to vacate her apartmentShe needs to put the notice in 1stThis has all been explained to her in the e-mail correspondence I sent her on August 4th:
