In regards to [redacted] 2009 Owners Manual we did send out a...

check to cover the cost ($39) for his manual, The manual was on order from the manufacture sorry for any inconvience.
We also offered to clean the vehicle which the customer had done himself.

Review: On April 18, 2014 I purchased a 2009 Hummer from Oliverio Buick in McDonald, Pa. There was not an Owners Manual or any Paperwork for the Hummer. They said they would Order me one. When I got Home I noticed there was a Hub Cover missing and called the dealership. I made an appointment and brought the Hummer back in to get the Cover & also to pick up the Owners Manual. When I picked it up, to my HORROR, the Hummer was FILTHY! There was cigarette ashes throughout the Hummer including on the front & back floor & even in the CUP HOLDER! There was also muddy footprints throughout the hummer. Someone had a hell of a time in there! The Hummer STUNK for 3 days! I was also informed the manual was not in yet. They said it would be there in a day or so. it is now May 27th. AND NO MANUAL! I am going nuts trying to figure everything out!!! I have no choice but to buy one myself , seeing that Oliverio Buick will not get me one & I can still get one for the $39.00.Desired Settlement: Send me the $39.00 for the Manual I ordered.

Review: Bought a 2010 Buick Lacrosse in Oct 2013 for a little over 17,000.00. Explained to salesman what I wanted and was looking to keep payment around 270.00 per month. Dealership was able to get payment just a little over what I wanted, but was happy with the payment and the car. We had made the deal with the amount included tax, title, and fees with financing through RBS at nearly 275.00 per month. Had the car for nearly 1 month and went to transfer license plates at BMV, and was informed, " you owe 452.00 more in taxes". Explained that I already paid taxes and car was financed, she said " they figured wrong". I paid the additional amount, because I had no other option. Phoned Oliverio finance department and they told me "taxes are your problem" told him the price and payment were to have included everything or I wouldn't have made the deal, he said. " sorry, I figured the tax rate wrong and again, taxes are your resposibilty ". That wasn't my fault I told him. I have tried on several occasions to have them reimburse me the amount I had to pay, but they won't hear of it. I talked to an attorney and because its only a small amount of money, they said take to small claims court. Plan on reporting the scam they did to me to General Motors, as well.Desired Settlement: Reimbursed for out of pocket 452.00
