I disagree that Mr*** gave me a deposit of $15,dollarsI also dispute that I am Mr***'s "family attorney."
I affirm that I did receive a substantial deposit from Mr*** in order to represent him in a series of
specifically delineated mattersI have sent him regular statements and accountings of the use to which I have put this deposit for approximately a yearThis is the first time Mr*** has disputed any of the fees or expenses
However, I have refunded the amount remaining in his client trust account based on his agreement that I may withdraw from his representation in all matters and his affirmation that he is prepared to proceed pro seI have also returned the documents he previously asked me to copy with the understanding that he will be responsible for following up on the proper presentation of these documentsI am reluctant to divulge any further details out of respect for Mr***'s right to confidentialityHowever, if Mr*** continues these accusations, I am ethically allowed to divulge additional details in defending myself against these unfounded accusations and I will do so
