Attached is the e-mail trail between the Regional VP (Steve L.) and me from October 8thThis was days prior to Mr*** making the complaint
At that time on October 8th, FFC Mortgage had conceded that we would refund Mr*** the $I am not sure what transpired between October 8th
and October 16th when mr*** made the formal complaint to Revdex.com, but Steve Lhas spoken to Mr*** on Monday October 19th and the following was decided:
Mr*** was going to recant/rescind his formal complaint to Revdex.com
FFC was going to cut the $refund check to Mr*** and mail it to him
