part does not have factory warranty. The AL Marino, Inc. technician on site was told by the client this HVAC part did not have factory warranty. The AL Marino, Inc. technician made an attempt to fix this factory defective part. The first attempt to fix the factory defective part was on 4/29/16. AL Marino, Inc. was contacted by the client on 7/14/16 and told the factory defective part started leaking again. AL Marino, Inc. returned and attempted to repair the factory defective part again 7/17/16.The client submitted to the Revdex.com concerns forthe charges for the 2ndattempted repair to the factory defective part. The client did not contact AL Marino, Inc . to express questions or concerns after the 2ndattempt to repair the factory defective part was completed 7/17/16. During the attempts to return to make the 2nd. repair there were delays to the AL Marino, Inc. schedule caused by rain storm delays. The client stated that he was inconvenienced.The client stated he has been offered a warranty part from the unit manufacturer for his HVAC system for the factory defective part. The client was also offered a discount by AL Marino, Inc. for the 2nd. return trip to attempt to fix the factory defective part. He was also offered a discount by AL Marino, Inc. to install the factory HVAC replacement part that was offered by the factory to replace his defective HVAC factory part.This offer was in lieu of the discount for the 2nd. return trip .
