They installed an above ground pool
They left boxes of trash in my yard. They left mounds of dirt and sand that my parents had to shovel around the pool, since there were holes next to the pump area. They put part of the ladder together and left. They left the manuals out in the rain. After 5 phone calls they finally came back and took a box of trash and left copied manuals. They told me it looked like I had the equipment to move the dirt myself. There was no guidance on pool care. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very poor service.

Desired Outcome

I feel that some discount should be given on the poor installation service. At least store credit for future chemicals and service.

It is specified in the Above Ground Pool Guidelines (see attached) that there will be additional sand left over that is the homeowners responsibility unless additional arrangements have been made and a removal fee has been paid., we apologize that this was not made more apparent. We also apologize about the circumstances with the rain causing your manuals to be wet but it is a possibility when the weather turns either during or immediately after installation and no one is present to receive the paperwork, which is why we were quick to bring out new paperwork for you. We WILL however, honor your requested resolution and hope for your satisfaction by adding a *** credit to your account for any chemical purchases you may require. If this is acceptable for you please let us know and we will have the account credit added to your account. Thank you.

To clarify. Neither of the 2 people I spoke with over the phone or in person explained there would be mounds of sand and dirt left in the yard. Someone was present at time of installation. They were told could leave and would be called for questions or concerns. No one called or asked. The company also sent people to my house on 2 occasions without my knowledge until after the fact. Yes, they did bring out another manual. Again while I was not home and called after the fact to tell me where it was. I contacted Oliver's no less than 10 separate occasions via email, phone and was told this would be resolved, until they stopped responding. Yes I will accept resolution of *** worth of chemicals. I hope that I will not be mistreated at store. I have no faith in this business at this point. Or will this be shipped?

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our swimming pool filter and have it professionally cleaned. Only the filter was installed no cleaning was done.

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our swimming pool and have it professionally cleaned. ***'s upgraded the filter but never returned to clean the pool. Both times that they were over at my house the team was over three hours late. When I called to complain the manager was rude and refused to reimburse me for anytime off that I had to take from my job to stay home and wait for the pool people. Additionally, they never showed up to actually clean the pool. Three appointments were made and they never showed. The service for the upgrade was done back in June of 2017 and I now just got a *** on October X XXXX for *** dollars. This bill includes chemicals and labor for cleaning. My pool was never cleaned.
Additionally, I have called ***'s several times and left a message for my bill for the upgraded sand filter and I never received a call back.

I will pay for the upgraded sand filter but I will not pay for the chemicals or labor.

Do you have the name of the person you spoke with? There are no notes on the account with any messages. The labor was to install the filter was one hour and the chemicals were used. I will credit the account 2 hours of labor since I have reviewed the vehicle tracking devises and did not see any returned trips. I am in the office Monday and Wednesdays if you wish to speak to me directly. I am sorry you did not have a good experience and will send out a revised invoice today.
