Oliver's Trash Service

I am very dissatisfied with the service. They are always over a week late or more and I am now trying to cancel service and the phone number is no longer in service.

I am very dissatisfied with this company. I paid my bill in Feb. for three months and they stopped picking up my trash after two. I called and was told that I got three months of service and that I was wrong. I did not want to argue with the lady so I sent in another payment and my trash still was not picked up the next day. I called and told them I just wanted my money back & I was told that the money had already been deposited and I could not get a refund. I am in the process of get the money order deposit dates from the money order company and plan to take further action.

We have not had service since August. They just stopped picking up / making rounds. No notice, no communications, except cashing our June check for Service thru September. Crooks! No one answers phone, mail box full. Disaster of a way to treat customers of 5 yrs.
