My boss bought this beautiful flower arrangement for me for my birthday. They were $108! They were completely dead within 4 days. I called the company to complain and they stated that they only guarantee fresh flowers for 72 hours. What a freaking joke. I can buy roses at the local grocery store for less than $20 and they last for more than a week. I will never order from this company again. I'm rating this company zero stars. Unbelievable that they charge that amount for flowers that die instantly. Unfortunately I have to give them one star to submit this review.

I ordered a handbag from this company on January **, It sat stagnant at the business a week before shipping outI received it a week and a half after I ordered it, and when I received it, it was not the color I orderedWhich is an honest mistake sometimes, I emailed the customer service email provided on the website times addressing the issue and days later got an email asking me to provide the order number that was in the subject lineI emailed them back immediately on Feburary [redacted] and have yet to hear anything backI have emailed them times in the interimI have a bag I did not order and am out $I am appalled and just want my money backI DO NOT want to exchange this purse, I want nothing to do with this company anymore

I recently ordered for Christmas a Liv Revere Crossbody HOBO bag and received the wrong style. My e-mail had only been answered as regards to the return, but I would like the bag I originally ordered for the price I ordered it for, as it is no longer on that sale. I want them to send me the bad I chose originally! I'm honestly disgruntled that there is no phone number, which could be a quick resolve.

Review: I ordered a The "Boom Boom Bag in Olive Print" from [redacted] However, upon receiving the package on October *, 2014 and upon opening it I realized that I was sent the wrong bag. The bag was the same type but a different color. The bag that I order was Olive green with a print pattern, gold zippers, and black handles. The bag I received was a plain military green with tan handles, and gold zippers. I used the company's only method of contact which was via email on October [redacted]. I emailed them again on Tuesday the [redacted] of October. It has been a week since I have received the order and emailed the company but I still have not received a response form them to date. I do not understand how this mistake could have been made. When I visited the website the Boom Boom Bag in olive pint was the only version of the bag. If they sold out the bad they should have notified me via email and asked me if I would like to be refunded etc. I am highly disappointed with the extremely poor quality and etiquette of this business.Desired Settlement: I would like to have this bag exchanged for the one that I actually ordered. If they do not have the bag anymore I would like to be refunded.

Review: I am a very frustrated customer who purchased a handbag through the Olivia & Joy website on August *, 2013. After not getting the handbag, I contacted customer service on August [redacted] (email only-no phone number listed on their website). After many email attempts to get a resolution, I finally heard back from [redacted] at the Accessory Exchange (customer service) on August [redacted] that there had been a defect with the style and to compensate, she asked if I would I like any bag on the website? I emailed back on August [redacted] that I would like a full refund ($77.06) as I only liked the original bag I had ordered. I have continued to email [redacted] due to not receiving my refund. It has been 2 weeks today that I had asked for the money to be returned. [redacted] continues to say that they have reached out to the merchant service center who processes refunds and gives this same response as I continue to reach out to the company, but I have yet to receive my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the amount of $77.06 immediately.
