Review: Placed a purchase order for a [redacted] by [redacted] dress via the website (Katherine Bridal), however we received what was a very poor copy of the original. When we contacted them to request an [redacted] the website had been switched name to [redacted] Bridal (or Olivia Bridal) and they claimed a 7 day return policy (when we contacted them after 8 days).we have not been able to get an RMA, nor any refund on the dressDesired Settlement: Return the faulty product with an RMA, and get full refund on the price paid.
