I used this company for over a two year period. They cost me well over 10 thousand dollars in very bad business advice and technical work. Firing them was the best business decision I ever made...the worst was hiring them.

Olixo Response • Sep 23, 2020

We worked with Mary Alice through a consultant that hired us through Upwork.com and that consultant gave us a five-star review. We are happy to furnish that to anyone that is interested.
Also of note: We don't have long-term contracts, we are month-to-month and clients are able to cancel their service with us whenever they would like. We did work with Mary Alice for over two years, but there was no reason for her to continue working with us and paying for our services for that long, other than because she found value from our service for the majority of our time working together.
We keep meticulous documented records, that in addition to showing evidence of significant revenue growth for Mary Alice's brand, we I can also see from one of our final communications on May 31, 2018 that Mary Alice's final frustrations were with the following:
1. Concern: Blamed us for Amazon changing her product category. Feedback: We have no control over that.
2. Concern: Blamed us for not removing negative reviews on her products. Feedback: We cannot remove legitimate reviews from customers on Amazon.
3. Concern: Blamed us for spending too much on advertising. Feedback: We receive approval for all advertising spend in advance and she always approved our recommendations.
4. Concern: Said we were advertising out of stock items. Feedback: That is impossible on Amazon and she could not substantiate any data because no data exists.
5. Concern: Miscommunication. Feedback: We use Basecamp as a project management tool to ensure all communication is documented, organized by task, and accountable for. We provide context for all of our tasks. Mary Alice refused to use the tools and expected us to double the work by also sending communication over email, which wastes time (and her budget). She then blamed us when she lost information and couldn't find what we were sending.
6. Concern: She said we had a typo on our website. Feedback: She was correct, we did have a typo and thanked her for pointing it out.
We did everything we could to help Mary Alice. You don't hire someone that is month-to-month for two years if you don't see value in what they're doing. In the end, poor quality products get poor quality results, and we can't fix that.

In August 2017 SunForce Health & Organics, a manufacturer and distributor of natural products and supplements, entered into a business relationship with Olixio International, an Internet Marketing Agency. OLIXIO was to represent SUNFORCE and manage our on online marketing efforts on Amazon.com.

We arranged to have pallets of product picked up from our warehouse in Utah and delivered to Amazon's warehouse for Olixio to establish and manage all online sales. In total, SUNFORCE supplied Olixio with product equal to $22,047.04 in retail merchandise.

Olixio was to provide SUNFORCE with monthly sales reports and reimbursements on all sales activity on a quarterly basis. In February 2017 SUNFORCE received its first and only sales report and a check for $2,677.89.

In late February 2018, Olixio claimed that SUNFORCE as out of inventory and was asked to ship more product, but their inventory did not match the sales that were reported. Olixio then claimed that Amazon lost several cases of product and they were working to get an adjustment.

On March 13, 2018, SUNFORCE received an email from Olixio terminating our business relationship. They ensured us they would provide all final reconciliation and payments, but to-date we have not received anything.

We have sent the owner of Olixio several emails and voice messages in an attempt to resolve this matter, but Olixio is avoiding all contact with us. They still owe us $20,000 in product or reimbursements.

We have contacted Amazon.com in an effort to suspend Olixio's ability to continue selling on Amazon, however, we have not been able to speak with anyone at Amazon. We are reaching out to the Revdex.com in hopes that you may have some influence in helping us resolve this matter.

SUNFORCE is a small Canadian-based company that does business in the U.S. We can't afford to lose $20,000 in product and we don't want this happening to anyone else!

Please help make sure Olixio doesn't get away with ripping us off, or anyone else for that matter.

Business Response to a ComplaintComplaint ID#:***Company Name:Olixio International LLCCompany Contact:Nathan BCompany Phone:8016982490Company Email:[email protected] Who Sent the Complaint:***Staff Member:***Response:All of this information has also been submitted to the company that filed the complaint. We have concrete and indisputable evidence that the following products were provided by the angry customer to us to help sell for them on Amazon.com: 1. RespirActin 16oz – 70 units 2. Deep Lung Cleanse 60 caps – 121 units 3. Deep Lung Cleanse 120 caps – 83 units 4. True Colloidal Silver 8oz – 100 units 5. True Colloidal Silver 16oz – 0 units 6. KetoActiv – 60 units 111 total untis of RespirAcin 16oz were paid to SunForce Health and Organics, 26 as a reimbursement for lost inventory, and 85 as sold inventory, even though Amazon.com only accounted for 70 units as being received. This means that SunForce Health and Organics were overpaid by 15 units over what they claimed to ship in, which at a rate of $23.17 per unit after Amazon fees and commissions, comes to an amount of $347.55. SunForce Health and Organics claims that 96 units of 16oz Colloidal Silver were shipped into Amazon but we have concrete and indisputable evidence from Amazon.com that SunForce Health and Organics never shipped in an 16oz Colloidal silver and we have evidence that it never arrived to Amazon’s warehouse. In addition, the sales numbers SunForce Health and Organics claims are inaccurate and can be verified by the accountability reports that were sent to them that we also have evidence of. 78 units of the 8oz Colloidal Silver were sold, 20 were returned, which leaves 2 units outstanding but that have been verified as being defective and leaking at Amazon’s warehouse. We have photographic evidence of the defective product. The other 3 units of Deep Lung Cleanse 60 caps and 5 units of Deep Lung Cleanse 120 caps are unaccounted for and our attempts to receive reimbursement from Amazon thus far have been unsuccessful. SunForce Health and Organics also claimed that we did not return their unsold KetoActiv product. We have concrete and indisputable evidence that shows the product was returned to them. In the time after March 13th, 2018 that Olixio International terminated the agreement, and before reasonable time had been permitted for Olixio International to collect any additional reimbursements owed by Amazon.com to the customer or ensure that all product had been returned to the customers warehouse, of which Olixio International had almost no control of the specific timeline because Amazon.com had the product, SunForce Health and Organics contacted Olixio International clients in an effort to slander the name of Olixio International name and to convince those clients to stop doing business with Olixio International, despite not having substantiated evidence of any wrongdoing. We have a copy of our signed agreement with SunForce Health and Organics that shows the actual commission of sales that Olixio International is entitled to is 25% of Top-Line Revenue. Olixio International, during the term of the agreement in knowing that sales were not as good as hoped, only billed SunForce Health and Organics at 20% of Net Revenue after Amazon fees as a token of goodwill and to help support them as a good partner. The total entitled to Olixio International as part of the signed agreement was $2610.26, even though Olixio International only billed $1378.60. After referencing the evidence we have provided, there are a total of 8 units that are outstanding and that we have not been able to collect reimbursement for from Amazon.com. SunForce Health and Organics on the other hand has been overpaid by $347.55 and owes Olixio International an additional $1378.60 that haven’t been paid according to our original agreement. In addition, Olixio International is dealing with negative account metrics on Amazon to deal with from defective leaking product shipped in as well as lost business from slander by SunForce Health and Organics to Olixio International clients. The position of Olixio International is that we would like to move on and are not seeking to collect on the outstanding liabilities or damages from SunForce Health and Organics. We wish that they would stop trying to hurt our business and assuming that it is our fault that their product didn't sell well on Amazon or that we have stolen product from them or are attempting to cheat them. We have provided them with all of the evidence referenced in this letter that shows not only were they fully compensated for sold product, and unsold product was returned, but we went up and above to bill them less than we were entitled to and help them collect more reimbursements from Amazon than they were entitled to. We are happy to provide any and all evidence to the Revdex.com as well. Thank you,Sent on: 5/9/2018 10:46:29 AM

Customer Response • May 09, 2018

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory. Please note, there wouldn't have been any need to file a complaint if the principal owner of Olixio had been professional and resolved this matter over the phone or by email. Their avoidance of any contact left us with no other option. To this date, we are still waiting for the final shipment of returned product after nearly two months from the termination of our business relationship. As of yesterday, this company just stopped trying to sell our products on Amazon, which demonstrates their unethical business practices.

It was never our intention to hurt this company. We were simply trying to resolve all outstanding promises that were never delivered.

Sincerely
