My sister and I took two cabs from the Mall of AmericaIt was from the same company, both maroon vans with white letteringPhone number ###-###-#### Cab driver that I have the complaint against inside the car it stated Driver # [redacted] on the dashOn the receipt it states driver number ***Cab# [redacted] PLATE Number [redacted] We took two vans, leaving at the same time going to the same hotel [redacted] West from Mall of AmericaThe ride was miles per GPS that was pulled up on my phoneI was charged and my sister not stuck at a stop light, left and arrived at the same time was charged The driver my sister had she decided to tip total for her ride and for mineThe driver asked for cash at first, and I advised no because I only have a cardHe said he didn't want a card because it cost him moreNext my sister came to the car and asked why is my cab more then hers when we had the same amount of people in the car and were picked up and dropped off

I called the last three (3) times and gave them four (4) hours advanced notice each and every timeEach time they let me stand outside and freeze for literary hours on endEach time I would call them they were either trying to find someone or to give them more minutesI would call after the thirty minutes and they would ask for another thirty minutesThey have done this to the point that after I close, I wind up having to sleep in my store's enclosed dumpster area until morning shift arrives so that I can get a ride because the Cab company doesn't know how to pick up a fare
